1. About IF NOUS
IF NOUS is a Paris-born dog-fashion brand creating limited dogwear, accessories, objects and related lifestyle products.
The brand publicly describes its work as using leftover, remnant and deadstock fabrics from Parisian luxury fashion production. Limited material availability means that some designs may be produced only in small quantities. ifnous

2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.
Because IF NOUS frequently works with limited or reclaimed textiles:
- fabric placement may vary;
- pattern positioning may differ between pieces;
- texture and color may vary slightly;
- minor characteristics may reflect the original textile;
- availability may be limited;
- an identical replacement may not always be possible.
These natural variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
3. Product Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size information before ordering.
For dogwear, measurements should be taken carefully according to the size guide provided with the relevant product.

Products should always be used appropriately and under reasonable supervision.
Customers are responsible for:
- selecting an appropriate size;
- checking that garments and accessories do not restrict breathing or movement;

- discontinuing use if a product becomes damaged or unsafe.
No pet product is a substitute for appropriate care or veterinary advice.

All products are subject to availability.
Because many IF NOUS pieces are produced in limited quantities, stock may sell out without notice.
Placing an item in a shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that item.
6. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment authorization fails;
- an obvious pricing error occurred;
- fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
- delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.
7. Limited, Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Pieces

Where a product is clearly personalized or made according to a customer’s specifications, statutory cancellation rights may differ from standard products.

If you voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, comments or other materials, you remain responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide them.
IF NOUS will not use customer content for advertising or promotional purposes beyond the permissions provided by the customer or otherwise permitted by law.
